Where We Ship & Cost
We ship across Australia with free delivery on every order.
How We Send Your Order
Once payment clears, we’ll pick and pack your items and get them ready for dispatch. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). When your parcel’s on the move, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it. Delivery typically lands within 6–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
If Something’s Not Right
Order arrived damaged or not as expected? Snap a few clear photos, add a short note on the issue, and email info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number. We’ll sort it by sending the correct item or a replacement.
Cancelling an Order
Need to cancel? Email us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com as soon as you can. If packing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel it. If it’s already in progress, it will ship as normal.
Running Late?
If delivery’s taking longer than expected, please allow an extra 2 business days (Monday to Friday) in case of transit delays. Check your tracking link, and if there’s still no movement, email info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number. We’ll follow it up and keep you posted.
