Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No worries. You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send items back. Email info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number and what you’re returning. We’ll reply with simple step-by-step instructions.

Please return items in original condition. Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Pack everything securely and use a tracked service. As return postage is on you, keep the lodgement receipt so we can both follow it.

Once your parcel lands back with us and passes a quick check, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. It usually shows within up to 10 business days. If it’s taking longer, flick us a note at info@rhodes-melbourne.com. No restocking fees.

We don’t do swaps directly. If you’re after a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original for a refund. Need a hand? Email info@rhodes-melbourne.com and we’ll guide you through it.

Order arrived damaged or not as expected? Snap a few clear photos, add a short note on the issue, and email info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number. We’ll sort it by sending the correct item or a replacement.

Need to cancel? Email us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com as soon as you can. If packing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel it. If it’s already in progress, it will ship as normal.
