Shipment process
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, we require a certain amount of time to process your order. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your items for shipment. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive but is typically within 1–3 business days. Transit time is typically within 5–7 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.

Orded Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not panic. Allow for up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.
