Shipment Process
Once you’ve placed your order and payment has been confirmed, we’ll get cracking on processing it. This includes picking and packing your items, and getting everything ready for dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), though it may vary slightly depending on how busy we are.
As soon as your order’s been sent out, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on its journey. Delivery usually takes around 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not quite right (like the wrong size or colour), don’t stress. Just take a few clear photos of the issue, include a short description of the problem, and send it through to info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number. We’ll ensure the problem is resolved by sending you the correct item or a replacement.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? No worries – get in touch with us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com as soon as you can. If we haven’t started processing it yet, we’ll be able to cancel it for you. Once it’s in the works though, we won’t be able to stop it.
Delayed Orders
If it’s been longer than expected and your order hasn’t turned up, don’t panic. Please allow an extra 2 business days, just in case there’s a delay in transit. Make sure to check your tracking link, and if it’s still not showing up, get in touch at info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number – we’ll chase it up for you and keep you in the loop.
