Return Process
Changed your mind? That’s okay. You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return any items you’re not completely happy with. After 30 days, we won’t be able to accept the return.
To get the process started, email us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com. We’ll send through the full return instructions. Please ensure the items are in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Pack your return carefully and use a trusted courier service, as you're responsible for return shipping and for making sure it arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and checked it over, we’ll get started on your refund. This usually takes up to 10 days and will be sent back to your original payment method. If it takes any longer, feel free to get in touch at info@rhodes-melbourne.com. Rest assured, we don’t charge any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order turns up damaged or not quite right (for example, incorrect size or colour), don’t stress. Take a few photos of the issue, let us know what’s gone wrong, and email us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number. We’ll ensure the problem is resolved by sending you the correct item or a replacement.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to change an item, you'll need to return the original and place a new order. Not sure how to go about it? No worries—just email us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com and we’ll help you through the process.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com as soon as possible. If we haven’t started packing your order yet, we’ll cancel it for you. Once it’s in process, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the standard processing and shipping time, don’t worry. Allow an extra 2 business days (Monday to Friday) just in case it’s held up in transit. Be sure to check your tracking link, and if there’s still no sign of it, contact us at info@rhodes-melbourne.com with your order number and we’ll follow it up for you.
